Pre orders are meant to not make any waste. It also helps us adapt our stock accordingly to sales. That is why we can allow a 10% discount on all pieces during pre orders. The current pre order will start with the website launching and will end 3 weeks later (10/03/2021). Delivery lead time will start running at the end of the pre order sales.
Some pieces featured in the THE UNEXPECTED collection will be available only later this year. Stay tuned !
All of our pieces are handmade here in France, therefore, no two pices of jewellery are 100% identical, making each of them a unique piece. No machining, no big tools, only our hands to create a piece we hope you will cherish as long as possible. Each piece will be custom made for your oder, please allow us up to 3 weeks before shipping. For pieces that are in stock, please count up to 10 days before shipping.
925 silver jewellery can last a lifetime. But the best thing is to take care of it. Thus, to preserve your piece of jewellery, it is recommended to keep them in a box, away from humidity, avoid prolonged contact with water, let your perfumes or cosmetics dry before adorning yourself with your jewellery. It is also preferable to remove them in the shower, at the beach, during a sporting activity or when you handle cleaning products or solvents.
Each piece is handmade with delicate materials that must be handled with care. Some pieces are more fragile than others, therefore, when wearing them, take care not to bump or snag them, as there is a risk that they may become a bit deformed.
925 silver, over time, can become slightly tarnished, but you can easily restore its shine by cleaning it with a polishing cloth.

Orders shipped outside of France may be subject to additional charges based on the country’s taxes. These fees are not associated with James and have to be paid by the recipient. James is therefore not responsible for any custom service charges or state tax.
In accordance with the law, you have the possibility of returning the articles within 14 calendar days following your purchase, counting from the date of delivery, the postmark being proof. The returned items must not have been worn and must be returned in the condition in which they were purchased, with the original packaging.
For reasons of hygiene, earrings are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and the buyer will be responsible for shipping the unwanted item. For a better traceability, the returned package should be sent in registered post with acknowledgement of delivery. Otherwise, if it does not arrive at its destination, the refund will not be possible.
In the case of a refund, you will be credited in the same way as the original payment method used. Please note that refunds may take up to 10-12 days after we receive your return.
James reserves the right to deduct any additional bank fees and commissions associated with the payment method. James also reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that are not in their original condition.
In the case where the return would have for cause a defective article due in particular to transport, the article will not be the subject of a refund, but of an exchange of the same article. A proof of the defective state of the article will have to be brought.
